Cartoon Database: "Universal Launches Searchable Database. Universal Press Syndicate launched a Web site that enables newsletter editors, book publishers, the general public, and others to search for comics and editorial cartoons." [Editor & Publisher - Daily Headlines] This cartoon database allows one to search and buy syndicated cartoons to enliven your content and presentations.  What's really nice is that if the featured toon is for a presentation they ask whether you are a for-profit or not- for-profit institution and price the toon accordingly.  10:38:13 AM
