UK ISPs Refuse to Monitor Users. An anonymous reader writes "The internet industry has refused to sign up to ... [Slashdot] I can only be sympathetic to the ISPs. September 11th shouldn't be a reason for any government to spy on its citizens. That whole affair stink and is disgusting. Maybe the RIAA is behind, who knows?
