I know techies aren't supposed to give a damn but I just want to plug the two customer-centric sales & marketing bibles we use in Mysterian:
Strategic Selling from MillerHeiman (customer centric, win-win sales ...)
Crossing the Chasm from Geoffrey Moore (from Normandy to Europe, delivering the whole product, building strategic partnerships ... great high-tech marketing text)
Will these make a difference to us? Check back every quarter or so! Speaking as an engineer, I can affirm that they bring some very useful structure to our world ... frameworks for business basically ...
