Amendment One News A "fair and balanced" news story on Amendment One in the Raliegh News and Observer this morning. Once people learn what this is about (the public giving up its right to vote when and for what purpose local governments can take on debt) it should go down to defeat for yet a third time. 7:56:38 AM
