Something's seriously wrong here. It takes ages to load my pages, must have something to do with the 'comment' server at Radio UserLand. Please fix!

This is amazing: Akiyoshi's illusion pages: "Caution: This page contains some works of "anomalous motion illusion", which might make sensitive observers dizzy or sick. Should you feel dizzy, you had better leave this page immediately." Link found at Der Schockwellenreiter.

A picture named jb.jpgTalking about The Prisoner and his Lotus 7 - here is a link to The Cars of the Stars museum. They are located in Keswick, Cumbria and have several Batmobiles, a Bond Collection and of course a Lotus Super 7. And Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!

I already mentioned this a week ago...
iBlog is a standalone blogging tool for Mac OS X. It's not a Blogger API or MetaWeblog API app. It does its own content management. It also appears to have a news aggregator built in. It's a free beta right now. It would be interesting to see a weblog created with this software. [Scripting News]

Strange. The 'comments' links seem to be broken?

A picture named prisonerlotus7.jpgPatrick McGoohan is Number Six, The Prisoner.
And because it fits, here's the Portmeirion Homepage. I once spent a week in this tiny little welsh village and it's lovely.
Because The Prisoner drives a Lotus 7, here is the link to Caterham Cars. They once had a 'Prisoner Limited Edition' Caterham 7: Green body, yellow nose and red leather interior. The car with the number 6 went to Patrick McGoohan.

A picture named Gromf.gifWeb Weirdness. I did a Google search for 'phoebe zeit-geist', only to be confronted with the following:

SELLTEC Server Meldung: "Neue Session ID

http://goto.your-store.com/sserv/comicshop

Ok. I click onto http://goto.your-store.com/sserv/comicshop, only to find this:

What can I say? Idiots. Why can't they just say: 'This site doesn't exist anymore?' Even an 'Error 404' would be sufficient. Idiots. Idiots. Idiots.

"arguing" - is this the proper spelling? I had a look in the 'Cambridge International Dictionary of English', but couldn't find the verb anywhere. Strange. Oh well, I think James Joyce wouldn't mind.

I'm not sure what exactly it's about, but it sounds very promising and interesting. In fact, it's simply unbelievable. Whoever has to work with languages, click there:
WORDTHEQUE - Word by word multilingual library: "Welcome to the Logos context search facility Wordtheque. The Wordtheque is a powerful interface with a massive database (currently 696.837.363 words) containing multilingual novels, technical literature and translated texts.
