Shamelessly Stolen. Now where have I heard that guitar riff (Dandy Warhols, Bohemian, MP3, 1.5MB) before (Ton, Steine, Scherben, Keine Macht für Niemand, MP3, 4.5MB)? Thanks to my mate and copywriter Paul, who found out in the first place. Well, he's Irish.

Pictures don't lie. Here's the proof: Sir Majo, handing over the golden Kohlrabi to yours truly, The Cartoonist, after a night out at The Gentleman's Club in Pall Mall.Alright, I've made it up. The Kohlrabi is not a golden one, it's an ordinary German one and comes in a dull green colour. We did not meet up at any Club at all, but went to an Essex Pub instead. Anyway, it was a really nice night out. Thanks for the Kohlrabi! To answer a burning question: the T-Shirt is a present from my mate Wolfgang.

It's all about Communication. Vice Cards. Interesting. Via BoingBoing. Vice cards are the means by which London prostitutes advertise their services. They have become as ubiquitous a symbol of this city as the red telephone boxes in which they are found. Step in to any central London call box and you will see up to 80 cards inviting you to be tied, teased, spanked or massaged in luxury apartments, fully-equipped chambers or the privacy of your own hotel room.

Autobahn. What else? Brian's Complete Guide to Getting Around in Germany. Via Ronsens. The Germans are extremely adept at getting people (and things) efficiently from Point A to Point B and it shows. Its world-class transportation system is one of the most admirable things about the country. The road, rail, and air systems are all extensive and well-maintained. Public transportation in cities is also remarkable.
