Anne Davis provides a very nice review of the GECA E-Learning Workgroup meeting on Wednesday.   Kim Mulkey and Mary Boehm of the BellSouth Foundation presented information from their edu.pwr^3 studies.  Anne provides a number of links to their studies and relevant ancillary materials... Anne share with me an e-mail she sent to Kim and Mary.  In it, Anne says: "I have been exploring possibilities with [weblogs] for giving students a voice the past couple of years.  I think it is an untapped area for student and educator voices."
