Slideshow Demo - ColdFusion Installation

If you want to run the ColdFusion version you'll need to have ColdFusion MX installed. A trial version can be found here.

The demo files should be unzipped into a folder at [webroot]/slideshowDemo/. You'll need to create this folder. Typically (with ColdFusion's default installation) this will be at c:/CFusion/wwwroot/slideshowDemo/.

Set up a data source in ColdFusion Administrator:

• Name it "slideshowDemo"
• Select the Microsoft Access driver
• Click the upper Browse Server button and point at the slides.mdb file

Modify the slideshowDemo.fla ActionScript as explained in the ActionScript comments.

Publish your Flash movie and open the the slideshowDemo.html file. If all has gone well, the demo should run!
