Dear Friends:
When one stands up for an unpopular idea, or speak their truth, they
sometimes feel alone and vulnerable. Rest assured that they are not. In
bearing witness, in acting with integrity, they are joined by a vast
community of like-minded individuals. The definition of community is a
group of people living together as a smaller social unit within a larger
one, and having interests, beliefs, work, etc. in common. It might also be
thought of as those who commune with others, sharing the sacred sacrament
of knowledge, wisdom, and compassion.
Our War and Peace Watch community spans the globe, with readers in the
United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Scandinavia, France,
Pakistan, Australia, and South Africa, and we continue to grow daily. You
do not stand alone. Thank you for your support.
