Utah among states moving conform to Internet Sales Tax Laws Kentucky, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Utah haved moved to conform their tax laws to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA). SSUTA, which basically means state internet sales tax, must be adopted in 10 states with 20% of the population of all sales-tax-collecting states before it takes effect.
