This was one of the Michel-Schlumberger wine club offerings for the fall. All in all a quite average merlot. Usual fine Michel nose, but the flavor was a bit weak in the flavor zone with only a short finish and a lack of balance. If only I could just sniff it:)

On Saturday, we went to Mazatlan in the South Gate Shopping Center for supper. As usual, the food was superb, and the margaritas were fine. It's just my opinion, but I like their food the best of any mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs.
