Google is getting into the free e-mail business with Gmail. It will have a built in search feature (similar to the  Lookout for Outlook program I was touting a few days ago. No word on storage amount or any instant messaging features yet. Even so, I'm sure that it will be a worthy challenger to Hotmail and Yahoo mail.
