Thanks for writing me back John. I know a lot of people must have contacted you (including myself)... but then when I saw this post I thought I had been forgotten about!

John just sent me a personal email thanking me. Why am I making such a big deal of this? Because a lot of people think that people don't deserve personal attention once your blog or even company website gets to a certain level. Thanks for taking the time to write an email!

BTW - The email was about his weblog disappearing. I offered to help and he thanked me for the offer.

What do you think of Macromedia Central? Do you think it's a good thing, bad thing or don't know? In my opinion, at the very least, it could extend web developers' reach to the desktop.

BackFlip looks pretty interesting. I just signed up and it imported my bookmarks for me, now I can search and view them from everywhere. It also gave me a JavaScript that I added to my Links in IE, so I can BackFlip It whenever I want to add a new Bookmark. I'll let you know what I think after using it for a while.

I can see my bookmarks here, but you can't. (Unless I so choose).

I just read a ZDNET article and they say that software as a service is where software is headed... as if that's news? That's what Utopia Net is already doing! They did say that it will take 5 years for this to be the norm rather than the exception.
