InfoWorld: SAP bolsters mySAP Retail.

t e c h n o c u l t u r e: A 16 year old Irish student, Adnan Osmani from Mullingar, spent two years creating a browser called XWEBS that runs about five times faster than other browsers on a 56k line. MIT's Media Lab Europe came by for a look, as did Eircom and several other tech companies. Adnan says he wants to do computer science at Harvard. Newsobserver story here.

CNET News.com: Sun releases Liberty-enabled software. Sun Microsystems will release new software Monday that takes advantage of the Liberty technology for simplifying the process of signing on to multiple Web sites.
