I had a request to post a list of locations that allow outside food for a bridal shower in Delaware.  The vast majority of places to hold events in Delaware do not allow this, I'm not sure if it's due to health requirements or in order to make more money.  Here is a list of places that most likely allow outside food- although please call and confirm because I haven't spoken with everyplace directly.
