New RSS Newsfeed Search Engine "Terrar" New Search Engine Offers Active Web RSS Feeds. Currently in it's alpha stage of development, new search engine Fresh Search indexes the active web and makes results available for webmasters to use on their sites. When the Overture buyouts were occuring, the strong underlying hint was that Altavista would be the main site.
