This phase covers the final outfitting of the home and my move to it. The only remaining construction work would include minor things like the installation of some major appliances, assembly of larger integrated furniture elements, and installation of communication equipment. Of critical importance here is protecting the home from theft and vandalism for the period between finished construction and my own move-in. Non-smoker house-sitters willing to stay briefly at the home -and not use cosmetics and the like during their stay- would be needed for this period. This is also where I would like to obtain reduced-toxic transportation in the form of an electric, pneumatic, or hybrid vehicle. This would be a great help in reducing the ordeal of travel over this long a distance.

-Furniture and Appliance Installation: Involves the shipping, assembly, and installation of major non-toxic furniture items and major appliances. Much of the non-toxic furniture -especially larger intergated cabinetry and shelving- may be hand made items which will need to be assembled from parts. smaller furniture pieces would be well within my own means to assemble on arrival but larger items may need more than one person.

-Communications Systems Installation: This basically covers the installation of wireless roof-mounted communications hardware such as satellite phone/Internet systems or directional bridge transceivers to link to neighboring ground lines links. This would only be necessary in locations where it is impractical to run conventional phone lines.

-House Sitting: One to several volunteers needed to stay at the home and protect it from intruders for the period of time between its completion and my move to it. Must be non-smokers and willing to avoid perfume and cosmetics use during their stay. Would also include helping to transfer materials during the move-in, though for the most part my personal possessions consist of just some computers, a lot of books, and a small volume of clothes. The only furniture item of any great size I need to move is an all-cotton mattress and spring set.

-Goods Transport: This would be transportation/shipping of the above noted personal items I cannot fit within a personal vehicle.
