This new scheduling is killing me..my boss is being a complete jerk and has changed my hours to 9-5 and that I had to notify him one week in advance if I'm going to be late (like how the hell would I know when a server is going down and I have to work late?) His problem now..I will only be working 40 hrs weeks instead of the usual 60-70 hrs...lets see what gets done..and if the server dies at 5pm, it now can wait til 9am the next morning :)
I used to work 10-8 which is perfect for a night owl - at least I could sleep in...now I'm getting up at 5:30am and having to leave the house by 7:30-8 every morning (ok, I'm a little late today). I am so turned around..I have no idea what day it is and I'm exhausted by 9 but can't sleep til 1am...
me thinks that if I can't stick to the schedule - he'll fired me but actually at this point, I no longer care - he would probably be doing me a favor - I could go out and find a job with a company that was actually profitable or where I only had one job.
Actually I found the perfect job for me..assistant programmer but its in NY..no way am I moving there...anyways...gotta get up and go to work

I've decided to share the Trials and Tribulations of Dating..its harder than you would think..but with each person you actually date, it gets a little easier because you realized what you are looking for in a person. Date Three was exactly what I was looking for and still am (I guess I wasn't what he was looking for - thats the hard part) You have to keep trying because eventually there will be a great connection and a great love..maybe more so than I thought with Date #3...(I might have to explain this more where it makes sense).
Although I have this great analogy..dating in general is like cold calling..you keep trying and trying to make that sale and eventually someone bites..you just have to keep at it no matter how depressing or hard its gets..eventually you will make a connection (and/or make great long lasting friendships).

I have been listening to Painting Over Picasso today..totally love the music (because the music is good) wish I had alot more their songs..but anyways I came across this other song which I thought was them but I'm thinking its not..called "The Ring". I realized something about myself tonight..when I get hurt, my defense mechanism goes up. I push the offending person away by getting angry, becoming a total bitch towards the person and try to cause pain to the person. (become hot/cold/hot/cold to that person)
And deep down inside, I am just hurting and am totally not the kind of person that would truly ever try to hurt another person for any reason. (would never try to sabotage anyone's life).
I'm no longer in defense mode and hope that the person that this sprung up on this time, can forgive me and we can start over as friends?
I'm back to the girl you met and the bitch has completely disappeared...at least I know this about myself now and will honestly try to make sure that it doesn't happened again.
Yeah..I'm myself again :) Time for a hot soak and a gin fizz and happy hoppy night...(after I look for a job)

So I did a Wyrd Rune Reading and asking the magical question about you and me and our friendship and it drew a blank Rune Card...meaning..I'm not suppose to know the answer right now..I guess I'll find out someday.......goodbye for now..

you know what sucks about being single and a night owl and living in the suburbs...everyone is asleep when you're awake, all the places to eat are closing when you're getting hungry and it takes forever to get somewhere...I never realized it til the tonight..its kinda of boring here. The dream...
I have had this ongoing strange dream about the someone new in my life for the last year or so. He keeps showing up once a month in my dreams but I can never see his face. He has long brown hair and an incredibly sexy body. He is shorter than me but I've never been able to see much more than this..I guess I've never been quite ready to finish the dream until the other night and just as I was about to see his face, I realized who he was and I woke up still not knowing for sure if I was right....
I'll finish this someday..maybe when I figure out who he is..
