Blair, Bush, and Arabic Captions Can anyone tell me the point in conveying , over American-controlled Iraqi television, statements by Bush and Blair, in their own languages, the fact that neither country is out to control the Iraqi people? Sure, there were Arabic captions - in a country, where the "estimated" literacy rate is hardly above 50%. Who were we really broadcasting to?
