It's getting worse everyday, and the American people had better wake up and do something about it because the point of being "too late" is much closer than most of us are aware or willing to admit!
After reading about liberal commie democrap and presidential wanna-be Dennis Kucinich's absurd and irrationally proposed new cabinet-level department in the executive branch of the federal government, the Department of Peace, one can only be expected to wonder when the citizens of America are going to get it together and realize that the demented Kucinich and his ilk should be put in jail, if not hung, which POINT -- The Way would prefer. You, too, can get the low-down on this caper by reading (a MUST read!!) Brian Sayre's FrontPage Magazine.com article, "Peace Studies' War Against America." Will it be the Department of Peace first, to be followed by the Peoples' Republic of America, ala the Peoples' Republic of (communist) China?
Enemies of America should not be allowed to roam freely, lest they continue to do permanent damage to the country in a way that will make clinton look infantile (OH! -- Sorry, we forgot: he still is infantile!) and 9/11 look juvenile. The current crop of democrats, particularly those trying to become your king, ala clinton (see P.S., below), definitely fall into the "should be hung for treason" category! Kucinich is just another one of those whackos who believes in a policy of appeasement (read: appeacement, or, perhaps, appissment). Why is it that the democrap bunch always want to blame America first for everyone's problems? Truth is that Kucinich is another of those arrogant self-righteous bullyboys that thinks that he knows better than you how you should run your own life and business affairs, that wants to control every aspect of your life, wants to tell you what to think and where to send the money for which you work so hard. Truth is that all the 'craps, whether it's Kucinich, Dean, Kerry, Sharpton, fill-in-the-blank, etc., are nothing but evil Hitlers, Stalins and Husseins in the making. If they cared about America, they would be interested in blaming -- and putting out of business -- the terrorists and enemies of America, not America herself. Tragically, because they, like Hussein, are gutless cowards, they are more interested in appeasing the enemy, which is easier for them than having the fortitude to do the hard work necessary to protect America and her citizens from those enemies.
POINT -- The Way can't help but wonder what will happen, fifty years hence, when some American "leader" with a graduate degree in "Peace Studies" is faced with an enemy prepared to kill all of America with the next heartbeat. We are sure that those "Peace Studies" will adequately prepare them to do the only thing that they will have learned from those commie-backed studies: bend over and kiss their derriere -- and America -- GOODBYE!
P.S.: Think clinton wasn't attempting to set himself up as your king? It sounds like a seemingly absurd contention -- until you carefully read clinton's Executive Order 13083. It's a difficult read because the truth of the document is cleverly hidden within the document's semantics. Yup! Many people thought he was a good president, not realizing what he was doing behind their backs (and under the oval office desk)! It's bottom line: "I, bill clinton, on a whim, can revoke the Constitution and everyone's rights and become your king, and you must kiss MY royal derriere! " TRUE, and beyond scary! Fortunately, America was still awake and prevented him from enacting his order. Yet, he still runs free!

Fortunately, or, perhaps unfortunately, depending upon your perspective, the liberal commie democrap presidential wanna-bes are pissing again (or is that "still"?). This time, however, they're doing it on one another more than on the citizens of America (there will be plenty of time for continued micturition on the folks later, once one of them manages to again con their way to the Presidency). In case you haven't noticed, this sort of behavior is standard fare for democrap politicians: create havoc and divisiveness, then set themselves up as the answer to the "rampant problems" (that they created). (It should be noted that the democraps never actually solve any of their problems because, if they did, they would have no platform upon which to base their self-righteous majesty and theft of your money.)
In an article titled, "The Dems Get Ready For Prime Time," former Vermont governor Howard Dean has told the now constantly irrationally liberally communist Time Magazine website that, "We have to take a different approach (to diplomacy). We won’t always have the strongest military." Anyone who has been paying attention (you are objectively paying attention, right?) knows that the standard lib whacko commie democrap position, especially when it comes to foreign policy, is always one of appeasement, NOT strength (the latter being, of course, the only language that the world really understands), which means that, according to this irrational blather, we must always be willing to bend over and kiss some a$$ while we take it from them up ours.
No wonder our country has been in such trouble, forcing, once again, the Republicans to pull our butts out of the prevalent fire and flotsam left to us by the deomocraps. We are now seeing, and will continue to see for at least another generation, the massive damage that the clintonistas did to our country. A man (a term certainly used rather loosely in this case) such as Dean is, obviously, one giant a$$#)!e, inasmuch as he doesn't mind taking it up the many holes he obviously has, notwithstanding the holes in his head. The problem continues to be, however, that Dean and his ilk do not represent the people. Nonetheless, his fellow wanna-be presidential candidate, John F. Kerry, in a brief moment of lucidity, said that Dean's comment, "raises serious questions about his capacity to serve as commander in chief." (Don't think, however, that Kerry would make a good President because it takes at least four years of lucidity -- and not a juvenile interest in your own groin, ala clinton -- to properly represent the people.) The result is just more standard operating procedure from the 'craps: constant bickering.
While the nine 'crap candidates will have a chance to share their dirty laundry amongst themselves this coming weekend in a televised debate, we should be asking why Dean -- or anyone else, for that matter -- would make such a statement. From a simplistic perspective, it is rational to assume that the United States of America "...will not always have the strongest military." Afterall, world history is littered with nations that were, for their day, the strongest on the planet: look at the Roman Empire, the British Empire, the Germans or the French for examples. But there is something different in this modern era about Dean's comment: It is predicated on the conceit of appeasement.
If Dean becomes President, he has as much as said that he will not defend the Constitution and stand up for America and her citizens, opting, instead, for a policy that all other nations are more important than America, a policy that is based on the idea that America is a bunch of pussies, afraid to stand up for herself, and, thus, we should appease the enemy because we wouldn't want to upset any of those nice folks that would just as soon destroy our American way of life and see us dead. Has anyone been listening for the chatter between the lines coming from Kim Jong Il (and his whacko advisor Mental Ly Ill) of North Korea lately?
Thankfully, Dean has made his position known early so that we can all know well in advance just how irrationally, quickly and treasonously he intends to destroy our country by giving in -- and, perhaps, giving military weaponry, as did clinton -- to the various enemies of the United States.
POINT -- The Way submits that truth is that this typical liberal whacko commie democrap kiss-a$$ policy, although it may feeeeel good now, will surely hurt a whole lot later because it is destined to DOOM America. We need leaders who understand the language of strength, which basically means that these leaders will make clear, as has George W. Bush, thankfully, that we no longer intend to bend over for America's enemies! Sadly, the idiot liberals throughout the world, the many butts of whom the United States of America saved in World War II, have been too stoooopud to diplomatically understand that strength does not necessarily mean, and is not to be confused with, war. Thank goodness that Mr. Bush has had the strength that people such as Kofi Anan and Jacques Chirac -- and, obviously, Howard Dean -- do not! And it is intersting to note, also, that the North Koreans, pilgarlics that they are, do understand, and, just like magic, now that we've sent the evil Hussein to his hot and fiery perdurable perdition, their eyes are open and they are suddenly now willing to talk about disarmament, lest we kick their prats, too!
The moral: If you want everything for which you and your forefathers have worked so very hard to be stolen and thrown away; if you want your children, grandchildren and their future progeny to live in a world of fear, terror, filth and poverty, go ahead and believe the likes of Howard Dean and, of course, vote for him. If, however, you want America to continue to grow; if you don't want Howard Dean to give our military secrets to our enemies; if you want America to continue to have the strongest military; if you actually do care about your children, grandchildren and their future progeny; if you still believe in the values and foundation upon which our great country has been built, then do everything that you can to keep America away from the 'craps such as Kerry, Gephardt, Sharpton -- and Dean! Your children -- and the future of America -- are FAR too important to let the 'crap piss it away!

According to the Associated Press, California Attorney General Bill Lockyear has reported that crime continued to increase last year in the state's cities and counties by an average of 3.8%. This means more violent felonies, incuding murders and forcible rapes, robberies and car thefts in the Golden State. This also means that California has consistently, for the past 5 years, become a less safe place to live.
OK, so let's make sure that we understand this: for the past 5 years, the democraps have been in control, and their motto is that we should all be nice to the criminals and let them go back out on the street to re-offend because their mommies spanked them one too many times when they were 2 years old, right? Afterall, we gotta have compassion for their feeeeelings!
Actually, it sounds to POINT -- The Way like these miscreants' (including the democrap politicians) mommies didn't discipline them hard enough or frequently enough when they were children! And what about the compassion for the murder victims and their families (We wonder how Laci Peterson's family is feeling tonight?); the women who were forcibly held down while some punk spread their thighs apart and imparted their "manhood" upon them; the men, women and children who were viciously robbed of whatever property to which these punks felt they had a right; the moms and dads, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters who had their cars fiercely ripped away from them; and all the other victims of these rogue scoundrels? I don't hear any of the liberal whacko commie protestors whining about their feeeelings! (Perhaps the libs believe that they don't "deserve" any compassion because they are only victims of crimes and not victims of the poor, hurt, little, childlike scum that committed these crimes? Warped logic fitting of the libs!)
Truth is that the democraps who are in complete control of this beautiful state are actually completely inept and out of control. The criminals, knowing that these libs will worry more about the "rights" of the creep who wants to have public sexual intercourse with the sheep in a Christmas manger scene than the right of the public to display the manger scene, only increase their murderous activities. Example: California's city of Oakland, led by one of the biggest lib sissies of all times: former California governor Jerry Brown. Last year, Oakland was on a pace to set an all-time record for the number of murders in that city. When that number reached 99, Brown arrogantly and self-righteously publicly decried the situation and vowed to take immediate steps to stop the murders, saying that they would "stop right now!" Problem was that after his typically self-serving speech, which all the feely-feely-do-goody-goody-libs bought into, the murders continued, because Brown actually did NOTHING -- other than talk about how ineffectually virile he was gonna be as Oakland's mayor. And the murders still continued. Finally, someone had a bright idea: sweep up all the parolees living in the city who never reported to their parole officers and never had any intention of getting their act together. Officials finally arrested over 400 of them, and, guess what?, the murders finally stopped, setting a city record of 113 for the year.
Maybe if these whacko libs had rousted these 400+ felons in the first place, as they should have done, then these 113 murder victims would still be enjoying life. What about compassion for them? OH, sorry, we forgot: compassion for the thugs is more important!
California, has gone completely insane, and it all has come down from the top! It's called "trickle down," but the problem is that what is trickling is piss! Governor gray "puke" (or beige, if you prefer that color) davis and the rest of his fellow butt-buddy bone-head democrap politicians have shown that they are completely inept when it comes to leadership, behaving in a manner that continues to result in the state becoming an even worse place to live. California continues, under his "leadership," to collapse. Crime increases; the economy of this state, in particular, sucks, at best, thanks, in part, to davis's bumbling "management" of the energy crisis; davis continues to look the other way, all thewhile continuing to allow illegal aliens into the state because they will vote for him or his fellow cronies; and the working citizens of the state continue to become poorer because davis continues to steal their money to pay for his ineptitude and continuing series of blunders. It's a very sad state indeed!
The voters of California had their chance to do something about it last November, but the majority of them only showed just how stoooopud they really are, re-electing nothing but democraps to all the state's leadership positions. I guess these folks are getting what they deserve. But the ones that didn't vote for this criminal gang are getting much more than they bargained for, and they don't deserve that! Some of them, however, have had the light bulb go on and are now recalling scum davis, which POINT -- The Way previously discussed (in case any of you reading this want to do something about removing this cavalier and disdainful slut of a "governor").
To anyone who is considering moving to California, however, POINT -- The Way has a piece of advice: DON'T! -- not if you value your life and the lives of your family!
P.S.: Unless, of course, you have no moral compass or real compassion (read: liberal whacko commie bastard), in which case you should fit right in, and the democraps will gladly take your vote -- and your money!

For those of you with IQs above room temperature (which is, probably, most of you, if you are reading this), did you enjoy the dixie bitches, um, uh, we mean chicks (as in female - you know, that sexist stuff) on ABC tv this evening? If you missed it, you can read Drudge's relevant posting. In a nutshell, these bimbos, particularly natalie maines (she also doesn't deserve the captialization of her name), are vying, with cher, for the top "stooopud idiot" award. These three country music "stars" have abused their public positions, as have other professional grovelers, previously discussed here, by spewing forth in public their privates -- oops, we mean private -- positions on George W. Bush and his valiant victory in freeing the Iraqi people of the evil of Saddam Hussein. Needless to say, natalie's remarks were less than complimentary.
Their "apology" on tv tonight was anything but!
POINT -- The Way has no problem whatsoever with a private citizen stating his or her opinions, especially given that this right of an individual is afforded by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, but they should keep in mind that the Constitution only gives them the right to speak freely, NOT the right to be heard. The chicks have abused that right by using their celebrity status to make sure that the public heard their message, whether that public wanted to or not. Accordingly, once the chicks publicly cross the line from entertainment to politics (or, for that matter, any other subject), they must suffer the consequences, which, in our free enterprise system, includes the right of that public to NOT GIVE THE CHICKS THEIR MONEY if they disagree with what has been said. There is absolutely nothing unpatriotic about refusing to buy the dixie chicks' CDs or concert tickets. If the public doesn't like the chicks, they have the chicks to blame. If the chicks don't like it, they only have themselves (or natalie) to blame.
Sadly, in the ABC "apology"/interview, natalie and the chicks managed some contrived tears (as if that is gonna make me feel sorry for her/them!) and said that there was not enough compassion being demonstrated -- FOR THEM!
OH PLEEEEEZ! Compassion for them? OK, we'll have compassion for them. All of us here at POINT -- The Way -- and we urge you to help, as well -- henceforth will never buy anything from or by the dixie chicks, thereby compassionately contributing to the demise of their careers -- you know, so they can get back to having a real life and real work at a real job, just as the rest of us do. This will, of course, save them from future hurt feeeeelings because they will no longer be in the public eye and subject to the whims and fancies of that public after the chicks abuse them. We wish the chicks well. Maybe, someday, they'll give us an interview and tell us what it is like having to wash toilets for a living. Actually, we can see the fake tears now.... Whaaa, whaaa, whaaa....
 P.S.: As for the chicks' privates, natalie said in her "apology" that the one thing about which she is more concerned than anything else in life is family and family values. This is probably why she and the other chicks have just appeared virtually nude, on full public display for every family and child to see, in Entertainment Weekly. Natalie (oops, we capitalized her name) cares so much about family and little kids that she publicly appears naked? Um, uhh, yeah, right, sure, natalie! She obviously cares about stealing more of your hard-earned money, not family and family values! And she probably thinks that partial birth abortion (you know, that procedure in which the baby deliverers stab the child's skull with a vacuum cleaner and suck out the brains and then proclaim that,"Oops, the kid was born dead. Too bad.") is just another way of caring about the children. (Didn't clinton tell us how much he cared about the children -- as he was staining the blue dress?)
During the "apology," the chicks' Marty Maguire said, "I just remember listening to country music as a young girl and knowing that I wanted to play the fiddle and that's all I ever wanted to do." The chicks should shutup and stick to fiddling with their privates -- and leave the thinking to those who do have IQs above room temperature. Afterall, unlike the dixie cicks, they are doing a fine job!

The one problem with Radio Userland software is that if the computer hard drive goes down, so does the blog, or, in this case, the POINT -- The Way blog. While our system maintenance is not quite finished, due to having to restore data after the crash, at least it was a bit easier THIS time, albeit time consuming, to get system and data back together than it was after it crashed last January after loading Roxio's latest GoBack update (WARNING: DON'T DO IT, AND DON'T BUY OR USE ROXIO PRODUCTS!), which is a future story ("Thank you, Roxio!"), and a quite lengthy one, too, thanks to the complete ineptitude of the Roxio morons who call themselves tech support (more like jock supporters!). In any event, POINT -- The Way extends our apologies for our absence over the past few days, and we'll try to catch up with a number of relevant postings as soon as possible, allthewhile hoping that the HD doesn't puke again. In the meantime, we wish we had a betamax!

 It turns out that the Modesto, CA police had been tracking Scott Peterson for some time before his arrest, knowing that he was always a suspect and fearing that he would flee the country so as to not have to defend himself in a court of justice for his Christmas Eve 2002 murder of his wife and unborn child. The police had very good reason to suspect that Peterson was planning to flee. At the time of his arrest, Peterson had his brother's identification, not his own, with him, along with $10,000 in cash. Oh, and, yes, he DID change, to blond, the color of his hair -- and eyebrows -- not to mention his newly grown moustache and goatee, which POINT -- The Way previously discussed. Clever disguise, Scotty! Then again, maybe he did this to spruce himself up for another date -- with himself -- and another game of pocket pool! Talk about arrogance!
Now, why would someone who is so innocent of murder be carrying so very much money -- in cash! -- and someome else's ID instead of his own if he is so innocent? We say that this behavior seems STRIKINGLY suspicious, especially for someone who so proudly claims his innocence. Truth is that Scott Peterson was planning on fleeing to Mexico, hoping never to have to tell the court or the jury how innocent he is. Special thanks to the Modesto Police Department for keeping tabs on and picking up this ruffian bullyboy!
Now Peterson will have his day in court, starting Monday, and can tell it to the judge, the jury, Laci's family and the public, not to mention telling it to his fellow fresh felonious freezer friends, if he ever gets to see any of them. Peterson is locked up in solitary confinement for 23 out of every 24 hours per day, only being let out of his 9' by 6' cell long enough to take a shower and do a few pushups, all without a tv, radio, newspapers or any other form of news or entertainment -- not even a golf club. As he complains of his housing, I hope someone tells him that there's none of this -- nor will be need any -- in the gas chamber!
Not bad accommodations for someone who is innocent!

All of them: Laci, Conner -- and Scott. Laci's and Conner's DNA has been positively identified, and you can stop looking for Scott. Besides, you might not have recognized him. He was arrested in San Diego, California, while getting ready for a round of golf (now he can play pocket pool -- forever! -- instead, with his new butt-buddy friends, if they don't kill him!). Headline News showed a short piece of film of this murderous sack of dung, presumably after he arrived back at the Modesto, CA police department jail facility. He appeared to have dyed his hair blond (maybe it was the lighting, but his hair definitely looked a lot lighter in color than the dark black hair we have come to know from his "I'm ignorant" TV interviews); he has also grown a goatee and moustache. Trying to disguise yourself, Scotty? He also looked rather trapped and depressed, which is also certainly odd for someone who is purportedly oh-so-very innocent. He's surely gonna have a l-o-n-g time to think about taking responsibility for his actions. How do ya' feel now, Scotty?
POINT -- The Way believes, without a doubt, in the principle that the accused is innocent until proven guilty, but truth is that this guy is gonna pay forever for his capital crimes -- with a trip to HELL!

According to a New York Times article, two Iranian newspapers, Al Wifaq and Mardomsalari, have reported that former Iraqi Minister of Information, Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf, aka "Baghdad Bob," has committed suicide by hanging himself. POINT -- The Way seriously doubts that this incredibly sincere, albeit comical, man is actually dead, especially when there is such a fantastic job waiting for him in the United States.
The perfect job for al-Sahaf, who made himself famous by sticking around, to make it appear that Saddam Hussein was in control, despite Operation Iraqi Freedom rolling tanks and artillery over their heads, while the gutless coward Hussein wet his pants and fled Baghdad, is as the new spokesman for America's Democrat, uh, we mean Democrap, political party.
We ask you, who better a person is there than al-Sahaf to make the lies of the likes of democraps bill "blowjob" clinton (who just can't shut his traphole), Al Gore (who, fortunately for America, had the good sense to realize that he will always be a loser!), Tom D'asshole Daschle (senator from South Dakota), presidential candidate/office-thief-in-training John F. Kerry and Al Sharpton ("Vote for me - I'm qualified because I'm black") seem palatable, if not actually enjoyable, not to mention comical! The democraps need a good spokesman such as al-Sahaf because Americans are finally realizing that these falsifying stuffy self-serving studs of self-significance never actually solve anything and never actually offer any constructive plans for America, choosing, instead, to constantly complain and seek divisiveness, setting everyone up against everyone else, with themselves as the saviors. (For example, why do minorities need "affirmative action" [racist in and of itself, a different topic for another time] if the democraps have done so very much for them during the last 35 years? Truth is that the democraps are the biggest racists in the country [Do any of you know your U.S. history and the story of Reconstruction after the Civil War?] and do not really want racism to be eradicated! Note also that "affirmative action" only applies to minorities that aren't white, especially in California, where whites are now a minority, or Michigan, where the lowest common denominator is valued more than excellence and hard work. No wonder America's citizens are becoming dumber in comparison to the people of other countries such as Japan! Maybe if all people would take responsibility for themselves, work hard and strive for excellence instead of the gutter....)
POINT -- The Way hopes that al-Sahaf is alive and that he is offered a job as the next Democrap Party Spokesman -- he would be perfect. Afterall, the democraps in America are nothing but a big joke!

Now that Operation Iraqi Freedom and the U.S.-Iraq war are virtually over, after a seemingly endless 27 days (everyone knows that all wars throughout history have only lasted an hour or two, right? You do remember your world and U.S history courses, don't you, assuming you were ever taught world and/or U.S. history), isn't it interesting that the United Nations in general, and, in particular, France and Russia are all clamoring and pushing so very hard to be included in the rebuilding of the nation that Saddam Hussein turned into his own personal killing field? Why would that be? France and Russia claimed to be oh-so-very concerned about continuing the humanitarian support for Iraq in lieu of liberation, but POINT -- The Way submits that their concern is one big fat lie!
Truth is that these two nations, along with China, all of which are lead by immoral liars and criminals, are only interested in the money! (And the patently stooopid protestors are in support of these people, thinking that it has been the U.S. supplying all of Iraq's arms!) Think we're wrong? Examine the following chart, and you will notice that these three countries were illegally making out like bandits in supplying Iraq with weapons of war during the U.N. "food for oil" program. No wonder they want back in! Truth is that Jacques Chirac (that literal bald-faced liar!), Vladimir (ras)Putin and Jiang Zemin don't give a damn about the Iraqi people, unlike United States President George W. Bush and the valiant and heroic coalition forces that freed the Iraqi people from that murderous thug Hussein. And if United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Anan really cared about the people of Iraq, he would have had the balls (OH! - NOW we see the problem!) to back up Resolution 1441!

 While Laci Peterson, and her unborn baby boy, Conner, remain missing, we've all heard on the news by now that bodies of a baby boy, umbilical cord still attached, and a young woman have been found on two successive days along the shoreline near Richmond, California, about 2 miles away from where Laci's adulterous husband, Scott Peterson, purportedly went sturgeon fishing at the Berkeley, California, marina on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2002. Now, really, who the hell would leave his pregnant wife to go fishing, 90 miles from home, on the day before Christmas? Um, uhh, yeah, sure, Scott!
POINT -- The Way predicts that the next Peterson that will turn up missing will be Scott! For a guy who is supposedly "heartbroken" over the disappearance of his wife and unborn child, it's very suspicious that, now that the bodies have potentially been found, he is nowhere to be seen. His father claims that he is in Modesto, CA, but admits that he, "doesn't really know where [Scott] is." POINT -- The Way says that it's actually quite simple, folks: this murderous lying self-serving thug is running from his date with California's gas chamber! POINT -- The Way never thought for one iota that this guy was/is innocent, and, while we do not support the death penalty, we'll make an exception in this case. Truth is that this punk-ass thug murdered, or had someone else murder, his wife, with child, and dumped their bodies into the San Francisco Bay. When this guy is found and convicted, he should be put to death, which, unfortunately, is too good a punishment for this piece of s#!t! If you see Scott Peterson, call the police immediately. Let's get this guy to the place where he properly belongs and duly deserves: DEAD!

 Not wanting to be accused by the democrap politicians in the state of California of misrepresentation (especially given that those same accusers would know because of their expertise at being untruthful), a POINT -- The Way correction to our previous piece about the California governor’s ineptitude is in order.
It seems that gray davis didn’t lie when he told the citizens of the state, just after he lied about the state’s fiscal status to get elected again, that the estimated budget deficit would be $35 Billion. However, he still was incorrect in his assessment, just further evidence of his mismanagement of the tax dollars that he has stolen from the hard-working citizens of that state.
It has now been revealed that the budget deficit is currently greater than $38 Billion, not davis’ $35 Billion. The additional $3 Billion+ deficit has accrued just since January of this year!
Will this puke of a “man” ever get his act together? NOT! Why should he? After all, he continues to live fat and happy, eating quite well -- off your money, thank you -- while ever increasing numbers of workers in the state are finding it harder and harder to put food on their own tables, many now having to work three jobs just to get the money to pay for davis’s gross incompetence.
The truth is that, despite davis’ belief that he’s home free because he has won and is now past the election, the people CAN still do something -- by yanking his a$$ out of office and into a prison cell where it belongs! Again, if you are a California citizen and are tired of lies masquerading as sound fiscal responsibility, if you are hungry and tired of working those three jobs, go to Recall gray davis.com and download and sign the recall petition today!  His name is in lower case deliberately because he does not deserve any respect that would warrant his name being capitalized. He has continually lied to the citizens of the State of California just to get elected – TWICE -- and continues to push his deceit upon California's citizens, hoping that, as he does, the people will believe his bu!!$#!t!!! He is directly responsible for the power crisis and associated problems through which the state has deeply suffered. He had the self-righteous arrogance to insist that former candidate for governor Dick Riordan return the $500 donation received from Enron, but would not return the $119,500 that he received from Enron, stating, as an excuse for his refusal, that he, “…hasn’t done any favors for Enron lately.” He squandered the multi-billion dollar budget surplus left for the people of California by his predecessor, Pete Wilson, choosing to give it to the illegal aliens who illegally vote for him (and who have already demonstrated their unworthiness and contempt for the rule of law by coming into California and the United States of America illegally and without regard for America's citizens or our immigration laws) instead of giving it to the citizens who truly are in need of the help from their fellow citizens and who, unlike the illegals, have already paid their taxes to support such help. gray davis believes that the peoples’ money belongs to him (all democraps think that the peoples’ money actually is theirs!), refusing to acknowledge that, in fact, that money belongs to the people, not the governor. Now he has lied AGAIN to the citizens of the State of California, claiming that the $26 Billion budget deficit that he has wrought upon them due to his mismanagement of public funds is actually $35 Billion, so that he can have “justification” for massively increasing taxes and stealing yet even more of the people's money in an attempt to cover his misdeeds – he’s gotta maintain his limos and jet planes, ya’ know. To quote from the recall petition, davis is being recalled due to, “gross mismanagement of California Finances by overspending taxpayers’ money, threatening public safety by cutting funds to local governments, failing to account for the exorbitant cost of the energy fiasco, and failing in general to deal with the state’s major problems until they get to the crisis stage.” Simply, this simpleton is a massive failure as a leader.
gray davis deserves a prison cell and a felonious fellow butt-buddy at San Quentin, not the cushy trappings rightfully afforded a governor who firstly represents the people –- instead of himself!

 Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf, aka "Baghdad Bob," was demoted by Saddam Hussein from his former position as Iraq's Foreign Minister and is now the current Iraqi Information Minister. But does anyone really believe this guy's "information?" Misinformation is more like it. Since Operation Iraqi Freedom began, this guy has been spewing forth nothing but jokes, and the press has gladly soaked up such gems as al-Sahaf's, "The infidels are committing suicide by the hundres on the gates of Baghdad," and "I can assure you that those villains will recognize, will discover in appropriate time in the future how stupid they are and how they are pretending things which have never taken place."
Umm - uhh, yeah, sure, you just keep sayin’ it, buddy!
Which life is he talking about? As coalition forces have taken Baghdad International Airport and continue to surround Baghdad, and as thousands of Iraqi citizens in the streets of Baghdad cheer the Americans (I’m watching this live as I write!) for their brave and valiant removal of the murderous quack Saddam, one has to wonder if al-Sahaf really believes the stuff that he spews to the members of the press, who await with foaming mouths his latest words of wisdom. The only people who actually believe this guy’s incredibly funny but even more incredibly naïve statements are the press. Hence, despite the fact that our American troops have a bomb somewhere clearly aimed up his ass, al-Sahaf continues his rants. Is this guy brave or just stupid? Does al-Sahaf really believe that Iraq is going to win in the end? Perhaps he’s hoping that, after Saddam is made to pay and is gone, HE will then become the god of Iraq.
The only conclusion that can be reached is that al-Sahaf must be a friend of bill clinton, the immoral prevaricator, criminal and former United States president, who, amidst his overriding self-importance and focus on blowjobs in lieu of leadership, actually believed himself (as all democraps do as they lie to the citizenry) when he said, “ It depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is.” Clinton must have taught al-Sahaf that if he keeps saying it, someone stupid will believe him (the stupid person being, of course, the bill clinton or the al-Sahaf that lied in the first place) and that if he says it enough times and believes his own lies, at least he can remain dumb, fat and happy, even as that American bomb blows him a new one. Now that’s a blowjob!
POINT -- The Way wonders just what clever thought will go through this guy’s head as the coalition forces KILL him. As he rots in hell after that bomb reaches its target, I wonder if he’ll try to convince Saddam and Satan that they are both in heaven! Then again, perhaps al-Sahaf and Saddam can convince one another that hell is actually Iraq and that they are still in control. I can see this moron’s arrogant smart-ass stooopid grin now, and all I can do is just laugh, because Satan -- and God -- will never let either of them forget what truth is!

Someone is confused -- in fact, several ‘someones.’ Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States of America states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” POINT -- The Way cannot find anything in that amendment, or anywhere else in the Constitution or the law, that gives a right to the people to break the law in pursuit of their right to speak freely. Yet, the current crop of war protestors, having never been taught nor having learned civics, think that it is their right to break the law, whether that be assembling unlawfully without a permit on someone else's private property with the intent of not being peaceable or carrying Molotov cocktails and bombs with the intent of hurting or killing the innocent, as they did in San Francisco, California on March 20, 2003, the day after Operation Iraqi Freedom started.
Today, April 7, 2003, in Oakland, California, hundreds of these self-important but obviously confused protestors, organized by a communist backed group of thugs called Direct Action to Stop the War and led by a 40-year-old child-punk named Joshua Clover, gathered unpeaceably and without a permit on private property, not their own, a violation of the law, to protest, which you can read about here. The Oakland Police Department did the right thing in asking them to leave the private property and disperse. The protestors/thugs refused to do so, instead choosing to attack the police officers, at which point the police had no choice but to protect themselves by firing non-lethal bean-bags, wooden dowels and rubber pellets to get the violent thugs to leave the private property and disperse. Now, of course, the police are being accused of being violent.
Perhaps, inasmuch as these fine officers will always be accused of being violent when they have the 'audacity' to enforce the law, the police should have used real bullets and killed a few of these punks. Sadly, this did not happen, and the best we can hope for is that those who were arrested are duly prosecuted.
Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States of America does NOT give any individual the right to break the law. Can someone who kills a protestor (other than the police in the course of their duty after being assaulted and attacked) claim that they were only speaking freely? They can claim all they want while they spend the rest of their lives in prison, which is where they would appropriately belong. Accordingly, the communist thugs from Direct Action to Stop the War should also not be permitted to break the law, despite their irrational and uneducated claims that doing so is constitutionally protected. (They sound like little children going on age 3!)
What is needed here is a bit of rationality. Something needs to be done to get the attention of these punks. POINT -- The Way urges the police to do the right thing and says to them, “Next time you are assaulted by these 'someones' in the course of your duty, confound 'em -- SHOOT TO KILL!”

MSNBC.Com has done tests at a camp in a remote mountain region of northern Iraq used as a terrorist training center by Islamic militants with ties to the al-Qaida terrorist network and has found both of these WMDs.
This, of course, begets the question, “Why would those wonderful and friendly alleged terrorists have ricin and botulinum toxins, and why are they in Iraq?”, which, in turn, begets the question, “Why are the protestors supporting those who would use such WMDs to indiscriminately kill men, women and children – even the children of their American war protestor supporters?”
The moral? Stupid people shouldn’t breed!

Cherilyn Sarkisian La Piere, the purported entertainer commonly known on the street as the over-the-hill “Cher,” will be giving her “farewell” performance this coming Tuesday on the Now Broadcasting Communism (NBC) television network.
Where is she going? France? That would be the perfect place for this irrational hypocritical capitalism-loving self-proclaimed pacifist bimbo. She should fit right in with the likes of French President Chirac. Maybe, now that Sonny Bono has passed, Cher and Jacques can get together in another one of those typical French-style mutual masturbation sessions, not that she actually has any morals that would have heretofore necessarily prevented this sort of self-aggrandizement. Then again, maybe Cher just does have a pinch of decency in her afterall, choosing, finally, to honor her word by giving up her United States citizenship and leaving the country forever.
Or, maybe she’s just pulling a ‘BarBRA Streisand’ in claiming to go “bye-bye,” knowing full well that she actually prefers capitalism to socialism and will be out of retirement one of these days soon enough to give yet one more “farewell” appearance to pull those buck$ in. Maybe Cher is just full of... Cher!

Over-the-hill singer and self-appointed celebrity pundit Harry Belafonte appeared at a peace rally in Oakland, California, on Saturday, April 5, 2003, stating, "We stand here today at the beginning of a new movement to take America back to the place where it rightfully belongs," adding that he is against each and every war in which America has participated. Mr. Belafonte, however, seems to have forgotten -- or has never been smart enough to have learned -- the fact that those who have given their lives in American conflicts are the ones, among many, who have enabled him to speak his mind freely. Perhaps Mr. Belafonte would rather that America should still be under the rule of the British monarchy. Or, perhaps, he would rather that he and his progeny should still be living in America under the oppressive and immoral rule of slavery; maybe he wants the "N" word to apply to him. Or, maybe he would prefer to be living under the thumb of a fascist regime such as those of Adolph Hitler, Josef Stalin and Saddam Hussein. Aparently, Mr. Belafonte feels that he, as well as all Americans, would live a much more fruitful and happy life under the total control of some truly evil and tyrranical dictator. He's always welcome to vote for a democrap politician for President. And he's always welcome to leave the country and go live in, say, Iraq - or France, for that matter.
Mr. Belafonte is not the only self-appointed celebrity pundit attempting to speak for me of late. However, these celebrities have abused their access to the public spotlight. I, among many, am well capable of excogitating my own opinion of world affairs without having to be bothered by those who professionally grovel for my attention and MONEY attempting to brainwash me with their whacko liberal commie blather. Please, BarBRA, Janeane, Martin, Cher, Sean, Alec, George, Mike and all the rest of you 4-year-olds with IQs below room temperature, keep your nose out of my face, and keep your place. You have a right to speak, which I support, but that does not mean that I have to listen, and I choose NOT....
It is interesting to note that a great number of these overly self-important and self-righteous war protestors have forgotten -- or, perhaps, went through the public education system and were never taught -- that, while they do have the right to speak freely, they do not have the right to be heard!!! Accordingly, I shall continue to support the right of Mr. Belafonte and these people to speak their minds by speaking mine and supporting President Bush and our men and women throughout the world who have volunteered to DIE so that we all may speak freely. I will, however, no longer support the self-appointed celebrity pundits with my money, a right afforded me under the American free enterprise system. I will no longer buy their CDs, go see their movies or watch their television programs. Additionally, I will no longer support them, by refusing to buy any of their advertisers' products. POINT -- The Way urges all who are aware and tired of these others attempting to think and speak for them to do the same - stop giving your hard-earned dollars to them. Stop buying their stuff. It's as simple as that.
One of these celebrity putzes appeared recently on TV, indignant that the public would "fight back" by refusing to support them, by refusing to buy their "art," as if these putzes had a right to have the masses unthinkingly support them. (How un-PC for us to speak with our wallets -- how disrespectful!) Perhaps the celebs should go back to school and insist on being taught a civics class. They would then learn that they do NOT have a right to our money -- only the democraps believe that they do! Only by withholding it will we make them think twice about spewing their blather in public. They should stick to their craft and leave the opining to each and every one of us. In other words, "Mind your own business," and leave the rest of us to ours, as we do not have to fall in step with these feebs and dullards. We all have the right to speak. No one has the right to be heard!
During the last Presidential election, two celebrities, in particular, made noteworthy statements. Both Cher and BarBRA Streisand stated publicly that they would give up their United States citizenship and leave America permanently if George W. Bush won. Despite the best efforts of the immoral liberal left to steal the election, regardless of the laws in place, for which they voted, to prevent such a thing, Mr. Bush rightfully did win, as we all now know. Well, Cher and BarBRA, I'm still waiting.... When are you going to have the courage of your convictions and prove the value, if any, of your word? Please, make America greater and do us all a favor by leaving the country, permanently, now! I hear that Saddam is looking for someone new to torment. And, Mr. Belafonte, please, go with them!

American Journalist Michael Kelly dies in Iraq

Michael Kelly, the editor at large of The Atlantic Monthly and the chief editorial advisor of National Journal, was killed on Thursday night, April 4, 2003, while on assignment in Iraq. He is the first American journalist to be killed in the "Operation Iraqi Freedom" conflict. For those who do not know who this great man was, his colleague at the Washington Post, Howard Kurtz, has written an obituary which can be read here, and the statement from Atlantic Media on his death can be read here. POINT -- The Way extends our most heartfelt condolences to Mr. Kelly's wife, sons, family and friends for his tragic loss.
What hasn't been noticed -- except by POINT -- The Way -- amidst the news reporting and grieving, is the war protestors' complete lack of acknowledgement, compassion or crying (or should that be 'whining?') for this man's death. Surely, the protestors are against all deaths, aren't they? Surely, the protestors are keeping track of everyone's death in the conflict, aren't they? Surely, the protestors care about American deaths as much as those of the children that they claim, through their inside expert war contacts, the United States is deliberately targeting, don't they?
Or do they? Are these protestors so spoiled by their easy, fat and happy American lives that they no longer actually keep track of which American citizens are dying? Are they so unaware of the Americans getting killed that they actually no longer care about any American killed in the conflict, or -- is it possible? -- are they actually rooting for Americans, be they soldiers or reporters, to be killed?
Perhaps they are in cahoots with democrat senator John F. Kerry, who said last Tuesday, April 2nd, " What we need now is not just a regime change in Saddam Hussein and Iraq, but we need a regime change in the United States.." Haven't the communists been, at least, thinking about, if not actively working toward, a regime change in the United States for quite some time, probably longer than your grandparents have been alive? In fact, aren't the communists funding the activities of these same protestors, who have forgotten their fat along with Michael Kelly and our troops, deferring to those "targeted" children?
Dennis Miller said it well this week on Leno when he spoke of Michael Moore's inane lack of control at the recent Hollywood mutually masturbatory Oscar awards ceremony, stating that, paraphrasing, Moore is an idiot, incapable of understanding that President Bush and our troops are fighting for Moore's right to be so. Nonetheless, the actions of these protestors, simply, and of John Kerry in particular, border on treason, a fact of which we should all remain aware and vigilant.
The downfall of the United States of America, should it come, will be from within, not from without. Those who understand what it is to be an American citizen will be the backs upon which the foundation and future of the United States of America shall rest. Are we ready?
