Casual 5 person draft Played draft with the Tims, Greg and Luke.  I performed as well as usual which is pretty poorly.  I drafted a primarily black deck with some red and green backup.  I ended up going Br.  Havoc Demon was useful but others liked to abuse his wrath effect. I find, once again, how foreign the cards are when you only play once a month.  How to change that? 12:24:01 PM    comment []

Scourge Pre-release The Scourge pre-release is this May 17 at the Holiday Inn DIA.  With a little luck edwolf will have their act together with the pre-registration and the pods and perhaps I'll have a chance at finishing the tournament in time to go to a play I have that night.  Why is it that I have a play on 2 out of 3 pre-releases each year?  What are the chances of that? 12:17:53 PM    comment []
