Subject: People for a Positive Greensboro - We Need Your Help

You will be pleased to hear that our grassroots referendum committee –
People for a Positive Greensboro – is gathering strong support in
the community. We are working diligently to get the facts out to
residents and to remind them to vote on October 7th
against the stadium
prohibition ordinance.

With only three weeks to go, we need your help!

First of all, we still need resources to fund this campaign. We must
communicate clearly through the media the importance of voting as well
as helping voters understand that they must vote Against stadium prohibition.
This is a rare occasion when a vote AGAINST is a vote for progress.

Please help us out by mailing a contribution as soon as possible to
“People for a Positive
Greensboro,” 608 Myers Lane, Greensboro, NC 27408.

We need volunteers at the polls on election day . Please spend an hour or
so at the polls on October 7th encouraging residents to vote
AGAINST the
stadium prohibition ordinance.
Please let me know what time of day you
are available
.

If you want to vote early or will be out of town on October 7 , visit
our website at www.downtownstadium.org for additional information.

Thank you for your support. We must send the message, by voting on
October 7th, that
Greensboro welcomes private investment.
Your financial support, your help at the polls and your vote are
very important to the success of Downtown Greensboro.

Thank you,
Dick Grubar, Chairman
People for a Positive
Greensboro
