Usa Today: "Their mission: to remake political journalism and, quite possibly,
democracy itself. The plan: to make an end run around big media by
becoming publishers on the Internet." (via)

Adam Curry: "And what other country in the world has happy hour; two drinks for the price of one?"
Err, the Netherlands, Adam? You could know that...

Betsy says you're
the blogger of the year if you kept your blog up to date throughout the
year. Hey, that's me! I blogged my brains out in 2003. In Dutch, but this is the link anyway.
In 2003, I discovered my weblog as a channel to the world. I could show
people things that interested me, I could tell stories or give my
opinion about things. I profiled myself just by blogging. People who
read my blog last year, and I know of at least a handful of people who
did, know me.
In 2004, I will keep on doing it. More. Because I like doing it, I like having and using the opportunity to speak to the world without being interrupted. And I will grow a habit to do this in Dutch and English.
In 2004, I will be blogging. And I hope you will, too.

Dave Winer: "Maybe a BloggerCon, in Amsterdam?"
Although this probably isn't a serious idea, I actually would like a BloggerCon just around the corner, and I would be there, if any.
