Californians deserve more info about legalities of marriage. Hoping the third time will be the charm, California Assemblywoman Hannah-Beth Jackson is forging ahead with a bill that would require any couple applying for a marriage license to receive a written list of the many legal rights and obligations that go hand in hand with matrimony.
