Conventional Cancer Treatment Effects
This amounts to a summary of previous posts and one doesn't have to be a rocket-scientist to figure out which kind of cancer treatment I am going to bet my life on.
Surgery can be disfiguring and can seriously impact upon one's quality of life. Ask any woman who has had a breast removed or any man who has had prostate surgery.
I would put chemotherapy and radiation in the same pot. Both cause a great deal of suffering and stress to the patient. The suffering is both physical and mental. The patient is displaying obvious physical trauma as a result of the treatments while wondering how such distress could possibly lead to healing.
Stress depresses the immune system and leaves one vulnerable to all sorts of illness including cancer. Ironic, isn't it? Cancer is being treated by methodology that causes cancer. Radiation can cause cancer. Foreign chemicals in the body can cause cancer.
It leaves one wondering how the cancer treatment section of the health care industry got into such an obscene state of affairs.
