Contact Reflex Analysis
Contact Reflex Analysis is currently residing in that gray area that was once occupied by acupuncture. It was said that acupuncture was a fraud, a giant hoax that originated in China and was suddenly thrust upon the sophisticated souls living on the North American continent. We were too smart for them. How could acupuncture possibly work? What a farce! But slowly, over the years acupuncture became accepted because of one undisputable fact. It works! It works, in spite of the snickering fools who have websites that scream about Alternative Health being made up of fraud and deceit. Those sites are usually manned by degree holders who obviously cannot make it in their chosen medical profession so they spend their time and energy running around screaming “Quack”. They live on the crumbs swept off the table by more successful medical people. Enough of the rant already.
I have experienced Contact Reflex Analysis personally and was always amazed at the accuracy of the methodology for pinpointing trouble spots in my body. My gall bladder problem was discovered through my chiropractor using Contact Reflex Analysis. It was also used at various times to indicate muscles that were marginally weak. My left leg is susceptible to being consistently weaker than the right. Manipulation of my spine near the neck corrects the problem.
Anyway it seems that the body has energy fields and Contact Reflex Analysis merely tests those fields at various body locations. A weakness in the body is indicated by muscle weakness when the affected energy field is engaged by the person using Contact Reflex Analysis. Quote: "When a part of the body is not functioning normally, the brain send extra energy to the sick organ or gland. When Dr. Whybrew touches a reflex point that has an excessive electromagnetic charge, indicating a malfuntioning gland or organ, the charge travels through her body to where she is touching your arm. The charge then goes directly to the muscle in the arm and causes the muscle to go weak." If that sounds like bologna then remember what the Chinese said about energy fields and needles placed into certain body parts.
I wrote about Chiropractic yesterday because chiropractors usually are knowledgeable about Contact Reflex Analysis or Applied Kinesology. There is a source of information about Alternative Cancer Treatments and for $35 (currently) one can buy a kit of small samples of twelve different treatments. Contact Reflex Analysis can be used to determine the most effective treatment for each individual because, as the site clearly states, the success rate of a particular treatment varies from 25% to 50%.
