How to Use This Blog
I have noticed that there are times when some pages will load rather slowly. That has to do with the load being experienced by the servers at that time. It is not your computer.
This type of web site is called a blog. A blog is actually an online journal or diary. As such, it can have entries made every day, or less frequently, depending on the material and time available to the author.
The Main Page, where you found the link to this article, consists of the last seven entries arranged in reverse order of date. When another entry is made, the last of the seven entries is bumped out.
The bumped-out entries can be accessed by using the links on the monthly calendar. You may find it useful to go to the first entry which was February 25, 2004. Note that the date is hyperlinked. Clicking on that link will take you to the post for Feb. 25.
Each page has a calendar and the days on the calendar show hyperlinks where there was a post on that day.
There are links on the Main Page (that's how you got here) that lead to other articles I consider important enough to deserve immediate access. There is also an Article Archive where the important articles are stored.
Here is an interesting characteristic of blogs. Daily posts reflect the site as it was on that day. The color blue on the left, for example, could be changed to red today and all future days but the posts for each day prior will be remain blue. Hmmmm, any typos will be written in stone. :-)
Actually, it's a lot like life. Mistakes can be corrected, with a bit of effort, but new conditions arise that must be dealt with and the editing process seems to be forever "on hold".
May you find the information you need that will lead you to good health.
