WALK WATERFRONT -- 3 MILES In a light rain, Significant Other did an easy hour along the Lake Ontario waterfront, in that nice stretch between Pickering and Ajax. The SO jogged a few times which was a surprise. I felt some discomfort in the right foot but maybe it needs exercise after two weeks off. I must say I keep looking at the bike on the balcony in anticipation of getting back in the saddle thrice next week. 9:52:05 PM    comment []
