IBM sets Blogging Guidelines ( on tech) Blogging made it to the front page cover of Fortune and BusinessWeek the last few weeks.  After claims that Sun and Microsoft each now have thousands of bloggers, IBM claims they have 3,097 bloggers in the internal network, and publicly issues guidelines to all their employees.   8:17:56 PM     comment []   trackback []
