A Lottery for the Arts? Culture Lottery - Ten Years Of Good Work ArtsJournal - Arts Issues I didn't know Britain funded the Arts this way. Tim Eyeman...another initiative! Just kidding. But this is an interesting article outlining the past ten years of arts funding in Britain, huge swaths of money coming from the National Lottery. I can't even imagine.
