The Process
All of the mixing is done in Apples Soundtrack and exported as an (.aif) This file is then opened in Apples iTunes and the ID3 tags are added to the file (name, artist, album, comment and genre) The (.aif) is then converted to an (.mp3) by selecting the Advance > Convert Selection to mp3 pulldown menu in iTunes. The (.mp3) file is uploaded to a Web server with unlimited traffic. A weblog is created with Radio Userland software. Comments, enclosures and images are added, as well as the the link to the (.mp3) on the hight traffic server. This information is then "Posted" to the Radio Userland Server. Lastly, this form is used to alert audio.weblogs.com of the update.
