Adam Curry gets Sirius. Much like
Infinity Broadcasting has gotten curious about
podcasting, Sirius satellite radio seems to be the latest
broadcast media outlet bitten by the DIY bug. To that
end, they[base ']ve hired Adam Curry (billed as [base "]the father of podcasting[per thou]) to
do a four-hour weekday show that will be
basically Adam[base ']s [base "]greatest hits of podcasting,[per thou] to be aired daily on
Sirius channel 148. Again, as with the Infinity
deal, this misses the whole time-shifting aspect of podcasting [~] but it
seems like this arrangement is more about
getting some wide promotion for the idea of podcasting in general. As
with the former, Curry[base ']s Sirius shows will
include advertising, though Sirius execs are apparently eager for the
show to have that [base "]free-form feel[per thou] that is more
podcast than mainstream radio. It will be interesting to see if
podcasting can be so easily rebadged to have that same
feel in a mainstream
context.

Check out all the new changes taking place! Is there anybody there who would be willing to help me further customize this site? I would like to be able to have non-template webpages if possible, and put box-links (like an amazon affiliate badge or something) on the sidebar.
Thanks. |

ipod improvement idea #2 I am willing to click the center button up to 2 more times in order to obtain the following:
1) Detailed tag information including comments.
2) A place to play other tracks from the band/album while I am in shuffle mode. |
