Atomic Mom This is a link to an interview with M.T. Silvia about a film she is working on about her mother who was a scientist who worked at the Nevada Atomic Test Site in the 1950s. M.T., as she is known, is a very gifted young film maker. The film will probably be released in 2009. I post this interview because you won't find the story in our history books. In 1953 I saw a test that was televised live. After the surface testing of atomic and hydrogen bombs all milk products contained radioactive strontium 90. The only uncontaminated milk on the planet was some dried milk we had in Antarctica. Roy
