Steve has kindly replied and explained me how to participate to the Wishlist Directory. I had to create an OPML file and communicate him the URL of this file. Steve will submit this URL to the UserLand's server and it will do the job exactly as we can do ourself with our own OPMLs.
I didn't understand how this works so I sent a message to Steve. Perhaps will you have more luck.

Is Radio UserLand an floor wax or a dessert topping? [via house of warwick] Warwick wants... Hope he will understand that he could probably gain users from countries other than the USA. UserLand never understood that we had troubles with our calendars (weeks don't start on Sunday), problems with charsets in RSS feeds even to speak with other blog engines, etc. Hope UserLand will understand that support is important for end users too. Wait and see what they will be able to release.
Starting Radio 9 Development. Now that I'm back from vacation, I'm ready to start the development of the next version of Radio. I'll be stepping farther back from a support role while I focus on laying out the future of Radio, especially because we'll be doing it in public... [via house of warwick]
A quick note: the new upstreaming scheme provided with Radio's Uptreaming Beta will break the normal automatic upstreaming of outlines saved in 'outlines' or 'opml' folders under Radio's root folder ('www') or any Radio category folder. [via Marc Barrot]
